[2006_FLHTCUI]

My 2006 FLHTCUI vibrates excessively @ 1200 rmp.
This occurs with the bike in Neutral on while driving. If I increase the rpms the vibration occurs @ 1200 and disappears @ 1500. The vibration reoccurs during rpm decrease at the same points.

Any ideas?

I began having a vibration issue after I had my bike dyno'd. A few people on here have offered advice and seem to think it is a loose motor mount.

Did your vibration occur at specific rpm ranges (while in neutral) or were the vibrations constant?

Hey,

they seem to get worse at certain RPM range rather than being constant.

I do not have a tach but there was a small increase at the lower vibrations then it would get pretty bad, then seem to smooth out.

I notice that I shift into a higher gear at a lower speed than before.

The dealer has told me it was due to changing the timing of the engine and the power in the engine but I just do not know. It seems excessive to me.

I know it's only two years old ,but how many miles has it done ? Baggers have a habit of eating front motor mounts

I have 49,000 kms. on the bike. Just bought it.... don't know when the vibration first occured.
