hmm. I just started to get a similar thing on my 2013 Superglide. I just cleaned the air cleaner as I don't know how it ran so we'll see. Where is the vent?

Yes. I do have a manual

Vapor valve pn#62150-85 , vent line is black rubber line at gas cap .

Sometimes gas cap is bad also, will not enable gas valve vent to work .

I'd say the tank is overfilled then. Gas expands with a rise in temperature and needs a place to go . :)
It does it when tank is full and at 1/4 full

Aren't our fuel caps vented? Maybe that is clogged.

Fuel cap is a one way cap vents in not out.
My have solved the problem valve in vent line replaced / appears to be better.
while at the dealer mach told me they replace a lot of the valves gas eats them up (plastic).
Ran it today after repair could see vapor coming out, a little moisture around tip of vent not like before, (no drip) we'l see.
Valve is located in front of gas tank on left side easy fix.

Good to hear... I have a 2009 Dyna and it had a recall for a gas cap seal. The seal on the cap helps the venting which sounds like what your problem was.

No, that had been repaired awhile back through the original owner. This was gas dripping down and out the vent tube
