The dealership installed screaming eagle head pipe and mufflers with the cat in the mufflers. Can and how do you remove the cat from the muffler, and will my bike work ok doing this. It has the harley tuner, and the auto tune.

Yes, you can gut the Cats, it will take a long drill bit and a long chisel (and some patience) to do it. Drill a series of holes around the outer edge, and one in the center, then take the chisel and break the Cat up and shake it out.

Thanks Im gonna go with powervison tuner for now, I can switch back to screaming eagle if I have warranty issues. Thanks for the info slingshot.
