Bottle feeding is always an option. Good head work also works. I'm not up on all the fuel injection stuff. I've seen turbo kits for em. I have a feeling a big v twin revving then a blow off valve popping would be music.

85 HP is easily obtainable on a 80" EVO with cams, carb, exhaust and headwork.

Would be even easier with a TC.

getting 100+ out a 95"er isn't a big deal at all,even with mild 1.9/16 headwork,we have no problem getting 100+/110+ out of them.the 31`s wouldn't be my first choice,but with them,1.9/1.6 headwork set up @ 10.25-1,breaking 100HP wouldn't be very hard at all

31's weren't mine ether but got a good deal. But intake and exhaust are .510. But defiantly getting the heads ported and comp release on them. Thanks for the info

If not already at 95", then we bore to 98".
The 31 wants just about 10.5 cr to be really effective.
(The 32 is the higher lift version of that.)
With a good set of heads, intake system, and exhaust, 100 hp is not a problem whatsoever.
FWIW, we have 2, 98"ers in Pottstown, PA, that tap on 120 hp,(Wood 8 cams) and 1 of those has been driven back and forth to Sturgis from there, at least a couple times.:)

our street port to stage II headwork uses 1.900/1.6 valves (as do a lot of others).just make sure that whoever dose your headwork dosnt just stick bigger valves in,alot of seat, bowl & port work must be done to get all the gains from O.S. valves

Both our Stage I and II Heads as listed on our site come equipped with 1.900" intakes, and 1.610" exhaust valves.
A good set of heads can make all the difference.:)
