I picked up a 99 FXD Super Glide in amazing shape and extremely low miles ( barely 10,000 ) Well on the way home discovered that it has a back fire issue threw the carb at cruise speed ( aprox 2000 RPM , no tach yet ) We've torn apart the carb and checked the jets for size due to the stage on kit already installed, and they seem to be correct from what we have researched. We did find a few things and after about an hour of adjusting things its much better but still getting the popping threw the carb irregularly but it seems to be at low cruising speed. Any ideas or help would be awesome.
Thanks
NFG Hippie

With the bike running spray both seals with wd40. It the bike drops rpm seals need to be replaced. Older bike, low mileage it's possible that are original.

Thanks for the help I found the issue. Was getting bad advice from the paper work for my altitude and was over jetted. Got the right jets in and tuned and Im cruisin again.
