What is a good high flow air filter to get that you don,t have to oil and still use the stock cover? I have a 2012 Electra Guide Ultra Classic and want it to breath better!!!

You dont oil paper filters. Cotton ones you do. I think K&N are all cotton. Screamin Eagle makes the only high flow paper one that I know of.

I just looked up the Arlen Ness budda suggested. Looks like those are foam. Its kind of confusing because some of the ads say they come pre-oiled but the maintenance directions say not to oil them, but they also sell a "tune-up" kit that included oil.

Arlen Ness Tune Up Kit

I don't believe it's very clear. I use a K&N filter cleaning kit. Works fine. Uses filter oil. I think the do not use oil. means whatever is laying around your garage. But again unclear based on documentation. The reason I got that filter is it provides more air than the bike will ever need. And has I think it's called, blow back tubes. Keeps oil from leaking on your bike. When jumping on the throttle. Some high flow filters leak out of the filter from the engine. thru the air manifold. Some people short the oil change by 1/2 of a quart. Or just carry a rag. I just wanted it to work. And it does. Have a FP3 tuner. Arlenness air cleaner. De-cated manifold. Works well. Good luck
