I have a 2003 Screamin Eagle Softtail Deuce with Rinehart Racing
2 into 2 pipes,what would be the best after market fuel management
system to use for performance enhancement?

Use the search function and you'll see that it's been discussed many times. Some people prefer different companies and have had mixed results with others.

In the real world, there is no "Best" rather, what works best for you and your application of parts and needs.

If it FI and im guessing it is since your asking for a Fuel managment go with the TFI it has adjustable pots which pretty much = changing jets just like in a carb real easy to tune with it

That depends on you current and future setups. The best common product that will allow you to make more adjustments is the S.E.R.T, next I would go with the PCIII and then V&H power pack.

My 2 cents in order. I have found and done research and still researching is the thundermax ECM which you can make lots of adjustments but also auto tunes you bike with the parts you have and as your bike drives in which the others don't. With the others to get the best results you should dyno even though you don't have to in which the thundermax you don't.
