I just bought a 2009 Superglide Custom about a week ago. I have only ridden it a couple of times. There already seems to be a good amount of brake dust on the rear wheel. This is myfirst Harley and I need to know what can be used to get this brake dust off. Does it need to be cleaned every ride? Is brake dust normal. My last bike a really did not pay attention. Was not a Harley.

Simplegreen and wash it off. Normal. Just more noticable on some vehicles then others. Won't hurt anything...

There may also be more brake dust than normal with a new rotor breaking into new pads.

you can also use a magic eraser.. they work well
