I would like 17" wheels to get some good rubber. Do you think I could put a set of Buell wheels on it? I know is it a popular mod with the VROD crowd so it seems doable.
It's doable. Everything is doable. What brake caliper does that thing come with? You may even get away with using the V-Rod caliper adaptor, and just machine it down to the right distance from the brake rotor to the fork tube.
I have dual front disks but I would want those sick wavy rotors. I'm thinking of really messing with the style and putting low profile rubber on 17's and ape hangers.
