Is it easier or harder to change bars with fly by wire throttle? I am getting a 2009 FXSTC this week and might be changing bars.

I think it easier because you don't have cables and tensions to worry about. The only thing is that in most of the cases where themTBW wire is unplugged it fails very soon after. A new one at the time of,installation is highly recommended.

Gotta make sure the bars are specified for FBW cause the right bar end is notched for the sensor. Otherwise easy enough.

A tiny tie strap wrapped around the FBW sensor connector keeps them from failing.
