If its cable lube it up. Mine got very hard to pull rather quickly soon after I bought it. Stopped by local HD, all I got was "gee I dont know, make appointment?" Took it home lubed it up worked fine.
Loosen cable at the adjustment point, drip some light oil in , like 3 in 1 oil. Disconnect at lever drip oil in till it comes out at the adjuster. Put things back together, work lever till oil works its way down, don't be shy in oil quantity. 1/8 to 1/16" clearance at the lever on cold engine.

A 2014 Ultra doesn't have a hydraulic clutch?

Cables are supposed to get lubed during the scheduled service. 1k, 5k, 10k, etc..
