This is really late but there’s a toy run today in Pueblo Colorado. Last year’s event put on by Pueblo Bikers United had over 1,000 bikes show up. If you can make it, we meet at South High School this morning. Planning to pull out at 10:30 and parade to East High with police escort, poker run to follow. Bring a new unwrapped toy and a buck for an event pin.

24* right now but supposed to be 53 here today. Time to load up and get going. :ride

What a Blast!

Yesterday was the 31st annual Pueblo Bikers United toy run in Pueblo. Everything stays in the County so we went for it.

As we rode into the parking lot at South High School (Biker Bear, Diane and I) the ladies counting the bikes said we were number 1043!!! I haven't heard the official total yet but there had to have been ~1400 bikes or more. We had a dozen Cops that gave us an escort to stop traffic until we went through the major intersections, (we shut down Hwy 50 twice as we crossed it). We FILLED two 20' box trucks to the brim and there were still people coming into the drop point when the Better Half and I left.

As we left we met a U-Haul coming up the street honking like crazy. I imagine they had to go get another truck to hold all the toys this event brought in.
