Wash it and polish the chrome and ride it the way it is.
The paint looks good for a 58 year old bike, restoring it would devalue it.
It can only stay an original paint Panhead for as long as you let it.
Save the old seat for bike shows, look for a comfortable aftermarket saddle for every day use.
