Was riding and stopped for gas, when restarted to ride off seems as if it started on 1 cylinder, sat there idling on 1 cylinder and decided to ride home and see what's wrong, on acceleration from gas station seems to have went to both cylinders firing, at home checked plugs looked good, has this ever happened to anyone else this is the first time this has happened, is it possible to restart with the EITMS working, it was only like 70 outside.

The EITMS turns off as soon as it senses the RPM change so the engine will restart on both cylinders. Outside air temp has no effect on the EITMS, it's the engine temp that activates the circuit through the ETS signal.
