Quite a few folks. I even know of one death.

Get it to the dealer and get it fixed. They have a Service Bulletin on it.

kinda late it stuck ,bikes at roders with about 10k in damage

You might want your lawyer to drop a line to Harley to see if they are interested in making some of that good.
