I managed to take a picture of my '72 classic Brit Iron Norton today for you.
Shes not polished and I haven't been able to give her a good scrub, but still looks fine, just thought i'd share with you.

S W E E T! Hang on to that baby if possible. Looks new. Take a bow!

Coincidently, met a rider today on an E-Glide while sitting at a two wheeled destination. Somehow we started talking about being chased by the police, and he told a hilarious story back in the early 70's riding a Norton (Maybe your model) and having a French policemen blow a whistle at him to stop. Ha! He and his friends didn't and the chase was on. They were able to hide and escape the gendarmes! While on Nortons :).

Is that front disc brake effective at all? My major beef with owning nice vintage stuff is the brakes. Them mothers are FRIGHTENING compared to modern stuff.

What do you thing of the dude in Oregon making the new Norton or did he already go under? What I saw it seemed like a nice bike. Hopefully he won't add 100 pounds to it like Triumph did the Bonne Scrambler.
