Rolled bike Out, Wouldn't start, just clicked a few times and that was it. Smelled burning wires, took cover off of battery box and the positive post was melted in half. Bought New battery and positive cable. Checked fuses only the Accessory fuse was bad so I replaced it and both relays. Check the Grounds and they are good. Hooked everything back up and now Bike has no power at all. Anyone have any Idea on what to check next???

If main fuse is good, test for voltage at the main fuse, touch voltmeter to terminal where main fuse goes, one side should have system voltage, if no voltage present it means the issue is between the battery and the fuse terminal.

If you get system voltage on one of the main fuse terminals, it means the issue is between the fuse and the ignition switch (or the ignition switch itself).

Thank you, I plan on checking All of the terminals starting with the main. The Only fuse that was blown was the Accessory fuse. The New Battery was dead the next day when I went to go start searching for the problem. Correct me if I'm wrong but does that mean something is constantly drawing power? I did suspect the Ignition was the problem but I'll try doing what you said. I appreciate the help. I'll keep you posted on what I find.
If the main fuse is good ohm out your battery cables, disconnect the battery first, I would check the wiring on the back of the fuse box. Also when you check the fuses use a multimeter, they may look good but be bad.

Dyna and Sportster have really tight battery space. Look for burn marks on the frame or battery cover. May not be your problem but I've seen it happen more than once.
