Had a question on the rear tire going, so I figured I would make a new post on this so not to get confusing.

Front tire was pretty easy, took about 10 minutes, axle pretty much slid out by just pulling it by hand, not too shabby for a 1st timer.

Couldn"t get a service manual from any Harley dealer in the area, but I got one to give me the torque specs on the stuff I needed.

Question I had was, on the Brake caliper mounting screws it calls for 25-30 ft lbs.........seems pretty light to me, seeing I had to beat them with a hammer to break them loose......or is that not the spec.

The only issue I had is on the one small washer in pic, its rounded on one side and flat on the other, I picked it up off the floor, not sure I have it on right.

See pic

Thanks

Rich

Mae sure you are using blue loctite. 25-30 ft lbs. seems right to me, but without a manual in front of me it's tough to say.
