front tire problems

I have a 2014 Limited and have replaced the front tire just after 3000 miles. The tire had cuts in it and felt unstable in the corners and had become unsafe. Goodyear replaced it free but I'm thinking I have other issues. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

2014 limited tire issues

Goodyear made the tire? Post it again. Third time's a charm.
Didn't know good year made tires for motorcycles!
The question has to be asked, did you run over something? Also, to my knowledge Goodyear isn't the factory tire on any HD so that would mean that the bike was on its second tire already and now is on your third.

I'm sure he meant Dunlop. I think Goodyear stopped making m/c tires a long time ago.
Goodyear owns Dunlop in the U.S. And other countries.
This is my first time posting on here, so bare with me. Here's a picture of the tire when it first started having problems and then it got worst. Eventually these grooves went all the way around the tire. It felt as if the front end was pushing in the corners. And no I didn't run over anything, that's what the dealer asked. It's a 2014 Limited with 3000 miles. Goodyear and Dunlop are one of the same.

What is the date code on the tire casing ????
Never heard or saw this before. Maybe the tire was just defective and there is nothing wrong with your bike. Since they changed the tire, have you been able to ride? If yes, have you experienced the same problem?

Goodyear may own Dunlop, but they are not one and the same.

Ask Otis Elevator to repair a Sikorsky Helicopter, or a Pratt and Whitney engine...They are all the same corporation, right?

Goodyear motorcycle tires have not been made since the mid `70s.

You have a Dunlop tire.

Which was replaced by Goodyear. I bought a pair of Dunlops this past fall. Received a rebate from Goodyear. Semantics.

Semantics has nothing to do with it.

Everyone here knows that Goodyear owns Dunlop, along with about a dozen other tire brands.

The op was looking for information about a tire problem, but has not seen fit to even say what type of tire he had the problem with.

It is certainly not a Goodyear tire.

We don`t know if Goodyear replaced the tire, or it was simply a Goodyear dealer that may sell several brands of tire.
I see your being your typical confrontational self and have offered no suggestions to help the OP find a solution.

I wish I had an answer for ya Stelet58. Hope you find an answer that helps.

There is no call to be insulting.

I didn`t confront you, I simply did not agree with you, and stated why.

The OP came here asking for advice, but still has not told anyone what tire is involved.

It is not a Goodyear tire.

If the OP really came here for help, he would have given us more to go on.
Looks like a stock, H-D labeled Dunlop.

Fair enough. I apologize.
Whats date code on tire, may have simply got old stock from a warehouse some where, looks like dry rot.
