FXDR 114 or V rod muscle.

So, I currently have a 2016 V rod muscle that I'm planning on installing the turbo from Trask Performance to it but now I'm looking at the FXDR 114. It has 6 speed, (on paper) faster top speed, and the possibility of adding mid controls. Now I'm wondering if I should trade in the V rod and get the FXDR and try and turbo that instead. I am at the end looking for power and I'm stuck at which bike will give me the most.

Anyone who DOES have the FXDR 114, what is the realistic top speed of it and does the 6 speed make a noticeable difference at higher end power?

I would greatly appreciate anyone's input on this matter.

Stock, top speed is electronically limited to 110 MPH.

Without it, can it realistically reach the advertised 160? Or no?

Without the limiter, I'd guess top speed on a stock motor would be ~115. My bike isn't stock.

Do you have 114? What’s your top speed and what modifications did you add?

It is now Stage 4 131
My 07 Road glide with a built 103 (108hp 116tq) ran 156mph on the dyno when tuning it. Not the same as running down the road. But the rear tire spun that speed.

My 05 NightTrain 103CI passed my friends Kawasaki Vulcan 1800 when it was doing 130MPH on it's speedometer. No idea of my speed, speedometer stopped at 120MPH.

My M8 has more power yet than the NightTrain.

Yes, my speed was recorded by the dyno. Not the speedo.
