Dave 63, I hope you reply to this. I just put different tanks on my 95 springer. Tanks look great and I put stock caps on them, with a Pingel petcock. When I fill up the tanks, I tighten the caps till one click each. But the left side leaks gas when the bike is on the kickstand. Right side is vented, and no other fuel leaks. Have I possibly gotten a set of bad caps?

Are you putting in too much fuel ?? Mine will leak some if it's too full.
