All of their products are top notch so it was hard to select which one to review first for you but these Gerbing S3 heated gloves were so hot we had to get them done first! Lame pun intended... Retails at $224.99, these are available in black (shown here) or white/black. We found the that these fit true to size.

Battery powered heated apparel is making waves in the motorcycle market and while it hasn't entirely taken over the corded 12V options, it's certainly making its mark. These Gerbing S3 gloves are powered with two 7V 2200MAH batteries with four heat options to toggle through and tuck into the top of the wrist cuff with a waterproof zipper. While we can feel the battery is on the top of our wrist, it does not hinder movement or become annoying in any way, even after long rides.

Now the first question many ask when seeing a battery powered glove is how is the battery life? On the medium-high to high setting you can expect these to last 5-6 hours, on the low to medium-low setting these can last up to 8 hours. When not plugged in the batteries will display how much battery life is left by show of lights with a quick push of the button. A charger is included that can charge both at the same time.

Inside the temp on the highest setting reaches just over 100degF after a few minutes. The medium-low averaged about 80degF. Easily see what setting you're on or toggle to a different temp through the sight window.

The interior is like a blanket for your hands. Seriously, just look at that soft red liner. These gloves are fully waterproof and will not only keep you warm, but dry as well.

Not just useful for motorcycles, but any cold environment. We've already got a few ideas on how else we can use them but how would you use these gloves? Let us know with a comment below!
