I have tried contact cement to glue the hand grip back on .but now 5k later it's loose again.. I was told to use hair spray , or black electrical tape to wrap on the bar then shove the grip back on.. What does the factory use ?

Not sure what you used, I'll send a link. I've used this stuff for years, just make sure the bar, and the grip are clean. Not sure what contact cement you used, but I have used 3M for years, and I've never had a problem. I bought a 2012 FatBoyLo new, and within a month the left grip was twisting, I took it off, cleaned the bar and the grip with paint thinner, then applied the 3M weather strip adhesive, I'll attach the link, this stuff is the bomb, works great. https://www.googleadservices.com/pagead/aclk?
