My tender flashes/blinks green. Am I good? Seems to me it used to be solid green when it was plugged in and flashing yellow when it was unplugged.

If it never turns solid, your battery is on it's way out.

But it's normal for the tender to blink green when you first connect it to the bike.

Blinking Yellow: Not connected
Blinking Green: Connected and Charging
Solid Green: Maintenance Charging.

Mine blinks green for about 5-10 min. before turning solid.
It Blinks Yellow, to tell me i forgot to plug it into the bike!

so long story short the Battery Tender Jr and The HD battery Tender are near identically internally. I recently had to replace a capacitor in my Battery tender Jr, an Buddy of mine has the HD version and I gave him an extra capacitor that I had that also repaired his. Do a you tube search on reparing an Battery tender JR, Great video.

so long story short the Battery Tender Jr and The HD battery Tender are near identically internally. I recently had to replace a capacitor in my Battery tender Jr, an Buddy of mine has the HD version and I gave him an extra capacitor that I had that also repaired his. Depends on the particular charger. HD used to have Deltran supply their Battery Tenders, now they use Noco as their supplier.

Don't make the same mistake I did! Hooked it up, waited a couple weeks for a nice day, unhooked it and tried to start bike. Nothing. WTF? Then I noticed my tender has a 6 volt setting. Yep, I was charging a 12 volt battery with 6 volts!
