According to the HD catalogue and website headlamp visor 67752-77T fits bezel 68051-08 (with headlamp unit 68345-05A).
The visor instructions say it fits all models equipped with 7” headlamps except with headlamp trim kits 69626-99,69627-99, 69733-05 and 69734-05.
However, there is simply not enough space between the headlamp ring and the headlamp bezel to fit the visor. I can fit the visor to the top of the headlamp ring and attach the bezel at the top using the two rubber bumpers, but when I attach the bottom retaining screw to the bezel the retaining ring will not fit flush at the bottom with the headlamp unit/retaining ring assembly. I do not want to use too much force for fear of breaking the headlamp glass.
Has anyone had a similar experience and found a solution?

HDI model might differ from the USA style.
No, I fitted the USA model retaining ring and bezel 68051-08 (with headlamp unit 68345-05A). The HDI model has a blanking plate instead of a headlamp lens (with additional auxiliary lamps acting as twin headlamps to comply with European Union (EU) legislation requiring twin headlamps for trikes over 1300cm wide). That is why I replaced the blanking plate with a glass headlamp.

I have now had to cut the retaining ring to accommodate the visor. I cut it at approximately ten to two (as seen on a clock face), removing the top third, equivalent to the visor. The two retaining screws were retained in the remaining two thirds of the retaining ring. It was absolutely impossible to screw the bezel down correctly with the complete retaining ring and the visor on top of it.
I attach two photographs of the successful conversion.
