i have a 2012 street glide and the headlight keeps cutting out on it from bumps etc.
checked all plugs and the bulb is fine
feel it may be it the switch itself but would like some input before I tear into replacing it .
Any input would be helpful

Maybe a loose filament in the bulb. Try removing the bulb from the headlamp, plug the bulb into the connector, turn it on and shake it with the wires. Don't touch the bulb glass with your fingers.

Check light grounds

Sent from Motorcycle.com App

The main ground for the front half harness is bolted underneath the riser clamp, but may have a connector inline, but i would think the whole front half of the harness would be affected, unless it's right at the headlight connector itself.

Could be the bulb, as mentioned before as well.

Not sure of the color( I think it's blue) in the wiring harness. It's the main wire to headlight switch. Been known for corrosion and losing contact.
