Headlight upgrade on 1999 Lowrider

Ive been wanting to put a bigger chrome bullet headlight on my bike and to get rid of the visor. Im curious what size all of you think looks good. I don't want to go too large and have it look odd like I think the last pic does. If you have pics of certain headlights on your bike thatd be great too.

Also, what do I do about the screw holes where the visor bolts into? Is there a part I can use to cover those?
