This just started last night.
Driving along and headlights go almost out for about 1-2 seconds, then come back up. RPM's seem to make no difference. Nor does terrain(bumpy roads) or high/low beams. Where should I look first? Voltage Regulator?
The bike is an 08 Fatbob still under warranty, but was hoping to avoid the dealer if possible(100 miles away).

Mine did that, when I checked the battery connections
the ground terminal would spin in my hand.

Incidentally that was immediately following $800 work done at the dealership.
Any service procedure more involved than changing oil says remove the ground terminal,
some jackass didn't reattach the terminal securely.

Incidentally I had a friend get his bike home from an oil change and notice a drop of oil,
found his drain plug was barely screwed in hand tight.

You need to check your grounds, and battery terminals like Natahng says. If that looks good, then you need to check the voltage regulator.
