My brother is wanting to change his stock handlebars on his 1998 Ultra Classic. He is looking at going to 10' apes as he just wants 2-3 inch rise. I am not sure if he will have to change any cables. He wants to avoid changing anything else so what height could he go with changing anything else? I can't assist with this as my 14 SG I was able to use all stock cables with 10' bars.

Cables will be tight, but I do believe its "doable" ..
