And boy are they loud! I put quiet baffles in after reading all the reviews and whatnot. But geez! These things sure do scream. Guess it's time for ear plugs!

Recently I bought a 2007 1200 Sporty custom with 5,000 miles on it.The provisos owner had fitted V/H Short Shots with straight ends. They are so loud it nearly makes my nose bleed lol..On my Softail Standard I have S/E with drilled baffles and that give me a fantastic sound much more base.So I may swap the V/H on the Sporty to some S/E

As long as they don't make your ears ring , enjoy ! Bet they rack back good at high RPM's . :know
Have side shots on my super glide and yup they are loud. Almost can't hear the pipes on my king.
The longer you have them, the quieter they sound. :D
what? Didn't catch that. Say it again.
Me: "boss, do you have any ear muffs for me to use with this jackhammer "

Boss: "WHAT???"
