I’m building a bike with a sportster narrow triple tree. I don’t know the year of any of my parts.
I have a 3/4” axle with a 7/8” diameter large side and the smaller side tapers down to less than 3/4”.
BUT, my fork tube holes are 1 1/8” on the large side and 3/4” on the small side.
Can someone tell me which front axle is 1 1/8” on the large side and 3/4” on the small side. I’ll get new wheel bearings or a new wheel if I have to.
thanks.
Tom.

I found a 1” axle pretty cheap on eBay. If it fits I’ll get a new one, If not it has to be the 25 mm axle.
If I was in the business of selling bike parts on eBay I’d post all of the measurements in the ad. Listing the range of bikes they think a part might fit is useless.
