I stole this from the dyna thread, but it is an interesting thought. Here's my take.
I love my sporty. The only way I would ever have another bike is if I had 2. So that being said, in a theoretical world where I couldn't have the sporty, I say either an FXRS or an FXDX. Basically the Sportiest dyna/FXR models I could get cause that's how I roll.
Thoughts?

If I could I would like to have my first new bike I purchased back.
2009 Kawasaki 500LTD (purchased Aug.2008)

Or my first Harley I had, a 1995 883C

But seeing how those bikes are long gone I will have to go with my current back up bike, a 2009 Yamaha 950 Tour, ( purchased Aug 2009, traded the Kawasaki in )

Interesting.... I didn't expect to hear people saying that they would want non Harleys
Not that there is anything wrong with that it just surprises me a little.

Well, I tend to lean towards street trackers, so...maybe a Brit or even a Yamaha 650 twin.

Had a basket BSA 650 and a good running Yam 650 back in the day. Kinda sorry I ever sold them (especially the BSA).

don't get me wrong, I really love my sporty, but my favorite Harley is a softail springer. The FXSTS, I love the flip tail fender, the overall lines is just beautiful.

I would go with either a Wide Glide or a RK. I know they are on both ends of the spectrum but I do like them both for different reasons. I guess I would have to have both for whatever mood I was in.

Well as long as I'm wishing...

Wouldn't mind one of these...but my knees probably wouldn't be too enthusiastic:

This would be nice:

I think these are sharp:

And, while we're at it...how about one of these:

Thanks, that was fun. Now, back to real life.

48. Stage I and subtly larger tank. Discreet screen and LED headlight.

Non Harley? R1100S Boxer Cup, detachable panniers and heated grips.

I have more than one bike in the garage.
Don't get me wrong with my screen name, I am a loyal person.
TurnCoat means I am loyal to no bike in particular.
When it comes to motorcycles I like them all. Two wheels is a life long addiction. :loco
I could name five I would love to own...

But for a H-D I lust after this bike in street trim.

My sporty is close to that style and will have to do...

God I hate to say, but that is actually a damn sweet ride!
They are, aren't they? It's been sold in Japan and other parts of the world for a few years, and has just now been imported to the U.S. Here's one with some cafe bits on it...
