My bike needs a belt drive pulley for its rear wheel. The oem part is unavailable through HD. I don't want a chrome one. I hear they make squeak and chirp noises. What should I do? Any suggestions?

also , it says that chain conversion kit is not compatible with my 2006 HD Dyna Street Bob

likely not, with out changing the belt as well. Go to ebay, do a search, used rear sprockets for Harley. there are 3, 70 tooth sprockets for sale.

Aye! I bought a couple tools to help get the alignment and tension just right. Also bought a can of permatex belt conditioner to soak the belt with. I'll clean the belt well first with some dish soap and a toothbrush.

My 87 FXST uses a 70 tooth sprocket. If I put a ,65 tooth sprocket on will it increase the speed or not. Right now I'm pushing RPM,s to drive 65 or above

I believe bigger sprockets equal more mph at lower rpm. But not sure why you feel your pushing the rpm's at 65. I have a 86 FXR and don't feel that until about 75 or 80.

A smaller rear sprocket will get higher speed at given rpm but a lot of clutch slipping to get it rolling from stop.
