have a 2002 Road King and have never been able to determine what I have in regards to inner tube size.
'
Rim strip has a similar issue (side or center valve). Also regular or extra wide.
My 2002 Road King has 16" wheels.

The J&P cycle catalog lists 5 sizes of tubes for 16" rims
5.10 x16 metal offset valve
5.10 x16 rubber side valve
5.10 x16 metal center valve
6.00 x16 metal side valve
6.00 x16 metal center valve

So I am confused particularly about 5.10 vs 6.00 number and the difference between offset and side valve location.

Does an offset tube use a side valve rim strip or a center rim strip?
'
Does anyone know what size the tubes are for the 2002 Road King with 16 inch rims?

If you have stock spoked rims the tubes you need are the 5.10X16 metal offset.
If you have the smoothy spoke rim then the 5.10X16 center valve is what is used.
Same for the rim strips 16" and either offset or center hole.
