Hello Sportster Nation!

Thanks in advance for any replies... 2014 883N - Stock tires are: Front 100/90-19 Rear: 150/80-16 I notice when looking at the rear tire from behind the bike, that it looks as though it could easily accommodate a SLIGHTLY WIDER tire, without having to alter/change anything else. Does anyone out there have experience with this and, if so, what is the rear tire width that could be used on the stock rear wheel? :biker:

I THINK you can go one size wider without changing anything or clearance issues.
But have some real Sportster and tire Guru`s on here that am sure will verify or debunk my statement shortly.

It will be a tight fir for any size other than stock. Might squeeze one size bigger, depending on the manufacturer, not all makes measure the same! Also the wheel width is a limiting factor.
