Looking for an easy way to prolong the life of your engine? Try adding a Jagg oil cooler from Riders Discount. Jagg makes oil coolers in multiple configurations for a wide range of applications going all the way back to 1955.

Despite some of them being designed for older models, Jagg uses very modern design elements to give their coolers what they call the “Jagg Advantage” in terms of performance and durability. One of the keys to their performance is the way that the internal surface of the cooler uses an efficient type of turbulator that essentially “stirs” the oil as it flows through. This insures that the oil has contact with a greater surface area without any pressure loss. Jagg also put a lot of consideration into the design of the fins on the outside of the radiator. Each fin section features mini-louvres that provide even more surfaces for the heat to dissipate from as the air moves across them.

Jagg produces their oil coolers in multiple configurations for many models. These options include vertical or horizontal mounts, black or chrome finishes, and 6-row or 10-row coolers for those that want more cooling capacity. Those with Touring models even have the option of a fan assisted cooler for extremely efficient cooling at all speeds. The availability of these options varies between applications and some models require the use of an oil filter adapter, so be sure to check with us to see what your options are.

These oil coolers are not available on our website, so be sure to get in touch with Brad if you’re interested or have any questions. You can call him at 866.931.6644 ext. 810, or send him a PM through the forum. If email is more convenient, feel free to send one to BRAD at RIDERSDISCOUNT dot COM and let him know that you’re from the forum.

A Jagg oil cooler shown here in the 10-row, low-mount horizontal configuration for TC-88" and TC-96" Dyna models.

Plenty of louvres are crammed into the radiator in order to dissipate the heat as efficiently as possible.

Thanks for the review. Looking forward to some pics, how do you like it?
Just put the 10 row Jagg cooler with fan Ass on my 11 Ultra. I have the fan being controlled by my Assy switch. I want to control when the fan is on or off. By the time the fan comes on by the auto switch damage could be done.

Doubtful.

Even with no fan at all, you are still cooling the oil.

And there is no oil cooler at all on a stock bike.
True, but ridding in the Texas heat, 105 less than a week ago, and in stop and go ridding I feel better turning the fan on myself.

I still have plenty of them left. PM sent.
Still have any?

I would really like to have one of these for my 05 Heritage.
I hit the website link and there is nothing there from Jagg, and I didn't see any of this style coolers there.
So, do you have any more left that would fit my 05?

Currently the website is under construction. Unfortunately some of our items are listed on our eBay store only until everything is back up and running perfectly. I'll PM you with pricing.
