Long time member of the V-twin forum so some of you may recognize my user name. I've been riding for about 35 yrs now. Like many i started out on dirt bikes and then progressed to ricer street bikes cuz that's all i could afford. Finally bought my first Harley back in 2002 - a 1978 FXE (shovelhead). I try to do all my own maintenance and have learned a lot over the years. My current ride is a 2003 Heritage Classic, which i purchased new. It has undergone quite a transformation over the last 4 years including major engine performace upgrades (100hp/110tq), custom paint, etc., etc. Here's a pic.
