Carb, ignition, cam and exhaust. Many to choose from.

Air cleaner, slip-on mufflers, re-jet the carb, and IF you do go into the engine, a Crane 300 would be THE cam.
BTW, does that bike have a 65T r/pulley?
If so, a 70T would bring things around dramatically.
You'll need a speed re-cal unit if doing so.
All of the above would have you suspecting that you bought a different bike.

your going to have to go in the motor to a point.like stated,at least a cam
