Does anyone have this fairing?

I have the exact same bike as in the pic, and love the way it looks, but........how does it work? Does it help with the wind any? I'm looking for something to get some wind off my chest when traveling at 70 mph, or on windy days. I HATE windshields, and really like this. But does it do anything besides look good? Thanks!

It will move some wind off your chest.

Just paint S.O.A. on it and you will be really cool.

I really had to fight myself not to go there when they first posted. :spank:
I clearly don't have you self control.

That said I was going to get the same faring for my Super Glide Custom. I didn't because I wanted a larger headlight worse.

Really curious if the soa craze helped or hurt the sale of that style fairing for Harleys.
I'd be willing to bet helped. SOA certainly helped the sale of Harleys on general. The almost stroked out a few seasons back when Sutter made a comment about having some Vics on the next season. The MoCo started advertising on the show and have the all the bikes they wanted.

Thats just mean. :spank:

I think cafe racer when I see those.

IMO, they add to the vibe of the traditional "square" Euro bikes with the cafe bars. But, they don't look right on a Harley . . . unless you are Jax Teller of course.

This, however, is very cool:

Yea...I'm 63 years old and SOA is the LAST thing I wanna emulate! ;) I just wanted too get some wind off my chest without going to a windshield which ruins the looks of a bike, IMHO.
I put the cafe fairing on my 2014 Low Rider, it took most of the wind off my chest and redirected it to my face, I think I'm going to go with the batwing fairing real soon. I've had a lot of compliments on the way it looks, I'm also not trying to emulate SOA but I'm going to go with a bigger fairing.

how did that work with the headlight brow on your FXDL, i've been thinking about doing it and am curious.
I attach a roll bag to the bars on top of the headlight. Works like a charm AND carries a bit of rain gear for me.
