Hey guys...was wondering if any of you had put that mini tach kit on your 883 or 1200 Custom?

I really like the way they look mounted above the stock speedo

Anyone have any pics?

How much did you pay to have it installed?

Are they a nightmare to put on?

I think on the low sportys they have the side by side tach kits. They look sweet on them too. If you have ever seen the XL1200R the old roadsters they had them that way stock. the 04-08's.

They always cost to much when I look at em, I would spring for that combo speedo/tach all in one I saw in the catolog but they dont have one for an 04 application.

They are not hard to install, but they are not accurate either.

Its the factory of nothing for me. I didnt buy a "R" so its not for me.

I just bought a brand new HD in the box kit for my 98 1200C - $58 on Ebay. I have it mounted but not wired yet - look REALLY cool and wiring seems pretty straight forward:thumb

Yup, easy install. Put one on my NightTrain. Just 3 wires, accessory, ground, and tach signal.
