Regione... Will find H-D pricing to often be a regional thing, driven by competition and demand. Many H-D dealers are hanging in there continuing to charge MSRP, while others are discounting or bundling other incentives. In AZ, with year round riding and demand possibly still semi-strong, not surprised MSRP is what they are trying to hang their hat on. You know, there could be some collusion there as well. It is possible the H-D dealers know the others are staying put with MSRP, thus they feel confident doing the same.
As for cash... with many dealerships, including cars, financing gives them an opportunity to make a little extra money in the form of rebates, allowances, incentives, etc. Cash doesn't necessarily mean they will be more eager to make the sale.
