So the last couple of days a couple of wierd things have happened.....1 i have noticed that sometimes whilst sat at lights the idle increases all on it's own then subsides and threatens to stall and on two occassions it has cut out, it restarts fine after though and.... 2, whilst riding in slow stop start traffic i've gone for throttle and its felt like nothing then all of a sudden woosh off like a shot with a hint of a little cough first, 99% of the time its ok, plenty of power when called on and plugs look fine so any ideas????

My only idea is that your bike is fucking beautiful and you're ought to be cool with it My bro. Be safe, ride safe and I'm sorry I can't contribute anything technical as I am an ignorant fool when it comes to mechanics 😄😭
Hello from another UK HD rider, this sounds a little like it maybe fuel, How long has it been stud for with that tank of fuel. I only use Shell Vpower this will also clean up the combustion chamber (or so they say). If the plugs look ok and its a fresh tank but low octane maybe worth a tank of higher octane fuel and see if that cures the issue.

Cheers Phil

Thank you and you too(y)
Hi and welcome from Rochester Kent, sorry I can't help with your issue but I'm sure there's guys on here that can. It may help by putting some info like what year it is, how many miles and a bit of back story like has it been standing for a while, was ridden regularly stuff like that. Nice bike I hope you get some help.
Check for trouble codes.

Check and clean idle air control. Make sure it is operating properly. Probably need service manual and electrical trouble shooting manual.

Check for air leaks around inlet. If throttle by wire check all of that setup.
Check intake seals...how old is bike?

Check fuel quality (water content and octane). Run current tank as close to empty as possible, then fill up with fresh fuel of reputable quality and 96 octane (the way Brits measure octane). And also check for intake leaks.

I didn't see if this bike is carb or FI.

Check back in if these suggestions haven't helped.

?...tank looks newer than '03...am I missing something? I don't see any anniversary markings in pic?...

Maybe I'm mistaken, but I thought that was an 03 paint scheme by the looks of the pinstripes.
Poppi 2015, what year is bike?

Pinstripping shape close, but 100th tank emblem, and paint colors for 100th anny are totally different...as far as I remember. No biggie, if it's an old bike, intake rubbers disinegrate...
