Lacking a LOT of info here... What's stock, what's not? Are you running a tuner? What has been done to the bike? How many miles are on it? Carbed or Fuel injected? Is this a new to you bike?
The more info you provide, the more logical the response (es) should be.

It’s set in the garage for 15 years before I bought it

Thanks for the added info! Now we have a starting point!
The fuel lines and vacuum lines are probably dry rotted, from 10 years of storage. The combination of a leaking fuel line with cracked/ leaking vacuum lines, could be causing a very lean fuel mixture.
A lean mix will cause the pipes to blue! Due to a greatly increased exhaust temperature.
