Need helping replacing entire wire from left switches

I’m trying to replace the hole wire so I want to remove it from the switch but idk how to depin these. I tried to figure it out but it’s very flimsy and I fucked it up.

If bike has CAN bus with BCM a lot of stuff is permanently powered so pull the maxi fuse if you haven't already.

The connectors, type and where they are is also posted in the FSM.
