Hello community,new to this site. I have a question about a springer front end. I inherited a 2005 special construction and it does not have the front fender mounted. I was hoping someone could get me pointed in the right direction. Some of the mounts say 0-6" and others 0-8" but I don't have a clue what that mens I want to order the right ones the first time around. I'm going to try and upload a picture in hopes someone can tell me the rake and the mounts i need. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.

As Rick341 says looks great as is. It don't look like you ride when wet so why does it need one? Oh and welcome from the UK.

Appearances are subjective but I think it would better without a fender.

Thanks for the replies and the compliments and the welcome. I mean I don't plan to ride in the rain but sometimes you get caught up in it. She is high maintenance with all the chrome just trying to save time I could use riding and not polishing. Lol ..

Fender down on, looks better with fender and will prevent so rocks, etc..throwing at you (or worse at the bike)

Thanks for all the replies. I made a other change today. I changed out the bars.
