If you are pulling and grounding a plug to check for spark, it won't work. The ECN needs to see compression. You can check with an extra plug. Can you hear the fuel pump priming?

The only fuse that would affect spark would be the ignition fuse. Do what the Breeze3at suggested. A real spark tester connected in series with the plugs would work the best.

ION sense. It measures the resistance of the compressed fuel air mixture in the cylinders through the spark plug. Its the 4th wire to the ignition coil on the EFI bikes. Carb bikes don't have that 4th wire.
