Front O2 sensor code.
2007 FLSTN
70,000 miles
I cleared it, but it came back on. I have a Cobra fi2000 on it with Python Dual exhaust.
Is there a way to test the sensor and/or the fuel controller? What would most likely be going wrong here?
Thanks (in advance)
PS the War Department already nixed the "get a new bike" fix...

If the sensor wire leads are the same length try swapping the sensors front to rear and vice versa to see if the code follows it. If it does the sensor is bad.

Ha ha,
The wife's a keeper!!
The bike, I'm not seeing a way to swap leads out. I'll look at the book when I get home.

Had a short in the ground wire from the fuel controller. Also changed the front O2 sensor.
(might have been ok, but destroyed during removal)
Thanks again!
