I need some RAM for my 13 yr.old laptop, here's the specs.

The specs is what I need. 2 X 512mb chips.
I currently only have two chips of 256mb, total 512mb. I need a total 1 gig.

I think I have them. I will look at my office tomorrow. I go back to digital PDP 8 up to present.
My bios will only handle 1 gig but I think both slots don't have to be filled. The 1 gig might do it as long as the pin out and speed matches.Sorry Schmidty. Left a ton of PC hardware, older and newer when I moved.
