I'm an old hot rodder and believe in plenty of oil pressure. My 07 Ultra drops to around 5-8psi at an idle when it's at operating temperature. Is this normal? If so is there a fix for this low pressure, or should I not worry about it?

I was told 30-some years ago that the only thing an oil pressure gauge on a Harley would get you was needless worry. It's a useless doodad.
