07 street glide 103, trued, balanced, pro plug, welded, h-beam rods. Forged high comp. pistons, .30 gasket, ported&polished heads 1.90 intake valve. Flora racing 625 cams, zippers filter, d&d boarzilla pipe. 110hp 115tq.

Well I'm not diggn up the paper but we got 75hp 90 tq on the HD and 103hp 125 on the warrior. For anyone that doesn't know what a warrior is it's a 110" patrick racing set up on a OHV air cooled pushrod yamy in a 650 lb alum chassis. With custom crank work and reduced drive gear. Here's way more powerfull HD's out there, I'm sure.

82.5 HP 107 Ft.lbs before tune w/ generic calibration from Harley
87.4 HP 112 Ft.lbs after tune on dyno and custom calibration.

Ride is greatly improved and power delivery smoothed out.

2010 Softail CVO Convertible with S&S 585 Gear Drive, Harley Race Tuner, and S&S Pipes

Max Power = 108, Max Torque 113.8

Notes:
This chart was prior to timing changes, but they did not change Max power/Torque
Increased vibration in floorboards, bars, and rear piston required timing advancement due to poor ignition performance
Excessive heat is still causing timing breakdown, looking ways to cool the bike, investigating OilBud cooler. Open to ideas and feedback

Don't have my sheet in front of me, but installed power commander, and they mapped it, V&H power header and air breather, other than that completely stock motor, gained 4.3 hp and 4.9 in torque...cant remember the actual numbers, AFR at 13.8-1
